🎯 Requirements

- Degree in Electrical Engineering; PE licensure valued but not required.
- Hands-on with construction docs, single-line diagrams, equipment specs; modularization.
- Strong power systems analysis skills; comfortable with SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower.
- Knowledge of critical power topologies (2N, N+1, distributed redundant) and trade-offs.
- Experience evaluating electrical equipment manufacturers and communicating with peers and non-specialists.
