Data Center DCIM Program Lead - Infrastructure Operations

📋 Description

• Own CAPEX deployments, scale infrastructure ahead of demand.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardization, optimization, and automation.
• Architect Change Policy for global DCIM workflows ensuring ITIL/ITSM compliance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with PMs, Capacity Planning, Finance, and Security.
• Own incident response, root cause analysis, and executive communications during critical events.
• Build and mentor a high-performing DCIM/Infrastructure team.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Infrastructure/Data Center Operations.
• 4+ years managing a major DCIM platform (Nlyte preferred).
• Experience leading ERP and asset management change, transformations.
• ERP asset management and maintenance management expertise.
• ITIL v4 knowledge, Change and Configuration Management, global standards.
• Strong data center hardware knowledge and data-driven reporting ability.
