Data Center Controls Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with design/operations to enforce automation standards.
• Manage cross-functional teams to troubleshoot control loops and vendor issues.
• Create and maintain SOOs and documentation for controls infrastructure.
• Lead commissioning of BAS, BMS, EPMS for data centers.
• Oversee testing of controls hardware and SCADA for reliability.
• Frequent travel to data centers to support operations (up to 40%).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years in data center/critical facility commissioning of mechanicals and controls.
• 5 years with BMS/PLC/SCADA; Modbus, BACnet, industrial networking.
• Experience in Design/Build projects for mission-critical facilities, focusing on cooling and automation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Travel up to 40%.
