Data Center Construction Security Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the global data center construction security program.
• Embed physical security requirements across all project phases.
• Conduct site risk assessments and due diligence for sites.
• Perform site visits to validate security posture and raise risks.
• Coordinate with contractors, security design, and ops to mitigate risks.
• Define contractor security requirements and oversee CAPA and security plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in physical security program mgmt for data centers.
• Experience with site risk assessments and due diligence.
• Familiar with controls: access, CCTV, intrusion detection.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST frameworks.
• Experience embedding security requirements into contracts and scopes.
• Willing to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
