📋 Description

• Oversee the Data Service Desk and resolve data tickets promptly.
• Audit data across UPSTACK systems for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Data SMEs to document and enforce data standards.
• Own and govern the Salesforce Data Dictionary for consistency.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across internal processes.
• Support data governance initiatives and cross-functional data projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Strong CS fundamentals and understanding of data systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis; identify trends and data quality issues.
• Experience with data auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data tasks.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
