🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of data architecture, engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Experience designing enterprise data models across multi-system environments.
- Substantive knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality methodologies.
- Strong SQL DDL and DML skills.
- Fluency in Python; other general-purpose languages acceptable (e.g., Java, Scala).
- Familiarity with Databricks, Salesforce, Workday, or comparable platforms.
- Experience leading technical personnel and developing engineering talent.
