🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or related field
- Experience designing enterprise data models in multi-system environments
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality methods
- Strong SQL DDL and DML skills
- Fluency in at least one general-purpose language; Python preferred
- Experience with Databricks, Salesforce, Workday, or similar platforms
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
- Excellent written and verbal communication; explain data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with MCP or similar AI data access patterns (a plus)
- Experience working in matrixed organizations negotiating priorities across teams
