- System Evolution: Lead transition toward Apache Iceberg and high-performance engines (ClickHouse/OpenSearch).
🎯 Requirements
- Architect mentality: build scalable, cost-efficient systems, not just fixes.
- Mastery of Data Modeling: Kimball star-schema and dimensional modeling.
- Large-Scale Experience: proven track record with large-scale, event-driven systems.
- DevOps Mindset: CI/CD, automated monitoring, and DataOps as standard.
- Communication: explain architectural trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
