Data and Network Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Technical design and implementation of security requests using Agile or Waterfall
• Serve as SPOC and third-level support to customers ensuring SLAs
• Operate and manage the change process per ITIL; open CHG tickets and participate in change approval
• Act as escalation point for complex security requests and issues globally
• Develop reference architectures and high-quality security content for customers
• Ensure compliance with client standards and drive secure networking activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; IT/CS/Software Eng preferred
• Fluent in English with excellent communication across management levels
• Technical knowledge designing and deploying security infrastructures globally
• Cisco ASA and Firepower deployment and admin experience
• Certifications ITILv3, CCSP, CCIE or equivalent preferred
• 3+ years in information security/risk/audit/compliance deploying enterprise security solutions
