Data and Model Governance Lead

📋 Description

• Build data pipelines for third-party programs and due diligence.
• Establish and operate a Model Risk Management program with policy.
• Design dashboards and analytics to surface regulatory risks.
• Create dashboards, scorecards to monitor LRC metrics.
• Develop lightweight Python automation to cut manual work.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to integrate data needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in payments/FinTech with regulatory/compliance data role.
• Advanced SQL skills; 8+ years with large data sets.
• Python and/or R for data automation and analytics.
• BI tools: Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau.
• Experience with Git, Snowflake, Airflow, Salesforce.
• Strong collaboration, adaptability, and agile delivery.
