🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
- 5+ years in data analytics, data engineering, or BI with ETL and dashboards.
- Senior individual contributor or technical lead on data integration projects.
- Experience in data analytics integration across multiple source systems.
- Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Power BI for dashboards.
- Experience building predictive and forecasting models for workforce and budgets.
