Data Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and own canonical data models in Snowflake as the company-wide source of truth.
• Structure datasets with consistent schemas, rich semantics, and indexed access.
• Prototype MCP integrations for conversational data queries across internal teams.
• Eliminate shadow tables by proactively serving team data at the platform level.
• Own the dbt transformation layer with rigorous testing and validation.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in data engineering with strong SQL and Snowflake expertise.
• Experience designing efficient, scalable analytical data models.
• Proficiency with dbt or comparable transformation frameworks.
• Strong data quality instincts and infrastructure that unblocks teams.
• Good judgment; prioritize ruthlessly and communicate tradeoffs.
• Startup experience is a plus.
