Data Analyst, User Acquisition

📋 Description

• Support UA analytics across 2–4 mobile titles and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with UA, Creative, Product, and Finance to surface insights.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports for UA decision-making.
• Partner on A/B tests across creative concepts and bidding.
• Translate data into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally to align UA with broader company goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data/growth analytics for UA roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; turn raw data into insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with SQL; Python, BI tools (Looker, Tableau) a plus.
• Solid understanding of CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV, and conversions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present insights to cross-functional teams.
