Data Analyst – Risk Models [Remote]

📋 Description

• Conduct As-Is analysis and document risk model data flows.
• Analyze SAS code and End User Computing tools; validate with SQL.
• Define data requirements; produce BRDs and technical specs.
• Design To-Be data processes and datasets.
• Collaborate with dev teams to clarify requirements and incidents.
• Lead and coordinate UAT; track and resolve defects.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst within Financial Services or Banking (Retail, Business, or Corporate Banking).
• Strong hands-on experience performing complex data analysis using SQL, including data validation, reconciliation, and testing.
• Exposure to SAS, including reviewing and interpreting SAS code to understand data logic and transformations.
• Experience producing BRDs, technical specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
• Proven experience working with end users to plan and execute UAT cycles.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
