• 2+ years in business analytics or performance reporting.
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries across many tables.
• Fluent in Python; experience building and debugging data scripts.
• Experience in client-facing roles, translating technical concepts.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; manage multiple deadlines.
• Proactive, ownership mindset; comfortable updating scripts independently.
