• Define metrics before features ship; translate roadmap into measurements.
• Design measurement frameworks; align hypotheses and cohorts.
• Design and analyze experiments; structure A/B tests with power.
• Own metrics and dashboards for Banking and Payments; traceable to dbt models.
• Own data quality; audit dbt models and flag gaps early.
• Run cohort and retention analysis; activation funnels.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in product analytics, fintech or SaaS.
• Expert SQL; cohort construction and retention calculations.
• Proficient with dbt and Snowflake; data modeling literacy.
• BI tool experience: Looker, Metabase, Tableau, Sigma.
• Fintech familiarity: payments rails, KYC, AP workflows.
• Design and analyze experiments; A/B testing and power.
