🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in data or business analytics
- 3+ years SQL experience with complex, multi-source data
- Experience with ThoughtSpot or similar BI platform and interest in AI analytics
- Familiarity with Workday or comparable HCM
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or comparable ATS
- Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platform
