Data Analyst, Operations Planning

📋 Description

• Partner with product, engineering, data science/analytics, operations, finance and other cross-functional stakeholders on initiatives to improve operational performance.
• Develop scalable reporting frameworks to streamline reporting, drive decision-making and prioritization.
• Forecast operational requirements needed to maintain high service levels and meet targets.
• Work with bike/scooter share markets to deliver analyses and present findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to tackle asset maintenance, system health and labor forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in data analytics in a high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Highly skilled in SQL and quantitative analysis; deep dive into large data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to develop scalable analytics and dashboards for performance analysis.
• Comfort with ambiguity; translate unclear issues into clearly defined requirements with minimal oversight.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Excellent communication (written, oral) to present findings and recommendations.
• Bonus: Python and associated data science libraries.
