Data Analyst III

📋 Description

• Own analytics lifecycle for assigned areas, from framing to stakeholder presentation.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-service tools for performance tracking.
• Write production-grade SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data at scale.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to improve models, pipelines, and data quality.
• Partner with leadership across Sales, Ops, Product, Finance to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Mentor analysts and help define standards, docs, and code-review practices.
• Identify data infrastructure gaps and contribute to tooling and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or related quantitative role.
• 3+ years partnering with Sales, Operations, Product, or similar teams.
• Advanced SQL with CTEs, window functions, and data-model optimization.
• Python for data analysis, automation, and modeling (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud data warehouses, Snowflake; BigQuery/Databricks valued.
• Hands-on BI/visualization tools: Looker, Tableau, Hex, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management; explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with generative AI/LLM tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) for analyses.
