Data Analyst II

📋 Description

• Partner with cross-functional teams to fill data visibility gaps.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to capture required data.
• Develop scalable, reusable data models powering dashboards.
• Design and maintain data pipelines with Data Engineering.
• Define and monitor KPIs to guide RTR decisions.
• Build Looker dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years hands-on with large, complex data sets.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degrees a plus.
• Proficient in SQL; write efficient queries for large datasets.
• Experience with Looker or Tableau to build dashboards.
• DBT for transforming and managing data models.
• Strong analytical skills; communicate findings clearly.
