🎯 Requirements

- Solid statistics for practical business applications
- Customer-obsessed mindset with examples helping customers meet goals
- Experience presenting to external stakeholders and customers
- Understanding of data structures, privacy, and responsible data stewardship
- Excellent communication: translate complex data to others
- Healthcare data experience (EHR systems, terminology) a plus
