📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain core dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineer on data models and specs.
• Use AI to accelerate analysis and enable self-serve BI.
• Define and maintain the authoritative metrics library with owners.
• Partner with Head of Data on QBRs, board prep, and reporting.
• Build a self-serve BI environment for Finance, Ops, and Sales.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of BI or analytics experience.
• Strong SQL: CTEs, window functions, aggregations.
• Deep experience with BI tools (Metabase/Looker/Tableau/Sigma).
• Comfort reading dbt models and data lineage.
• Comfort using AI tools for SQL drafting and analysis.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder storytelling.
