Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Promote dashboards, reports, and reporting tools
• Support Finance with recurring and ad hoc reporting requests
• Prepare and maintain Excel-based analysis files
• Help format monthly, quarterly, budget, and board materials
• Analyze and validate data for accuracy across outputs
• Partner with Finance and teams to support reporting needs
• Support process improvements and reporting automation
• Maintain reporting structures, templates, and documentation
• Assist with data visualization and presentation of key metrics
• Report into Finance leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
• 1–3+ years in data analysis, reporting, FP&A support, or related role
• Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint proficiency
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with reporting systems, dashboards, or planning tools
• Experience with PowerPoint, NetSuite, and Adaptive is a plus
