Help build a world-class Data & Analytics team focused on data integrity and BI.
Lead data modeling layers (Data Lakes/Warehouses) to ensure a single source of truth.
Beyond SQL, build ETL/ELT pipelines and deploy predictive models.
Develop statistical frameworks to forecast and test hypotheses on feature impact.
Be the primary data partner for Product, Marketing, Sales, Eng, Finance, and CS.
Become expert on Neighbor’s product, users, marketing and data.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
BA/BS in quantitative/technical field or 5 yrs analytics.
Experience with ETL, data manipulation and cleaning.
Experience modeling data lakes or warehouses.
Experience with predictive modeling.
Advanced reporting/visualization skills.
