📋 Description

• Own dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics for timely visibility.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses across revenue, product, customers, and ops to surface insights.
• Partner with Analytics/Data Engineering to define metrics and ensure data quality.
• Help establish consistent metric definitions, reporting standards, and docs.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks; communicate findings clearly.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and automate recurring workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical instincts; form hypotheses and tell data stories.
• Highly proficient in SQL; write complex queries in Snowflake.
• Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI.
• Familiar with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate analysis.
• Excellent communication skills; translate findings for stakeholders.
• Self-starter in unstructured environments and defines processes.
