🎯 Requirements

- Strong proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, ADP, etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
