  • Validate payroll and HR data for accuracy and completeness before processing.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, ADP, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
