📋 Description

• Analyze Epic EHR/PM data with SQL to drive care analytics.
• Build BI dashboards and data pipelines using Power BI, SQL, Git.
• Create ETL processes for KPI reporting via Data Marts with clear rules.
• Enable leadership with evidence-based dashboards and clear docs.
• Collaborate with Habitat teams and cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years with Epic Clarity data model.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with data testing and data quality.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or similar.
• Healthcare data ontologies: CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, NDC, LOINC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in cross-functional teams; value-based care experience helpful.
