- Strong problem-solving; frame ambiguous questions and paths to answers.
- Excellent communication; explain data insights to senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SaaS, B2B marketing, or revenue analytics a plus.
- Ability to think strategically and recommend actions from data.
- Ownership-first mindset; take initiative and move fast.
- Thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments.
