Design Zendesk reporting logic via Explore/APIs for visibility.
Collaborate with five teams to define metrics and ensure a single source of truth.
Deliver ad hoc analyses and data pulls for decisions and planning.

🎯 Requirements

Strong BigQuery SQL skills.
Experience with Looker and LookML.
Familiarity with Zendesk data, Explore/APIs.
Ability to automate manual reporting workflows.
Work across multiple teams and priorities.
Proficient with BI tools and multi-platform use.
