Data & AI Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Own data and AI security policies and secure-by-design patterns.
• Engineer, manage and govern data protection controls using Microsoft Purview.
• Operate and improve data/AI security posture management.
• Define governance for data/AI security non-compliances.
• Partner with Data, AI Governance, Privacy and Legal for compliance.
• Support incident response with SME input and remediation.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ industry experience with at least 4 years in data security roles.
• Hands-on experience implementing data protection controls in Microsoft Purview.
• Knowledge of adversarial AI techniques (evasion, poisoning, prompt injection).
• Experience delivering governance, remediation workflows and evidence-based reporting.
• Experience collaborating with governance stakeholders (Data, AI, Privacy, Legal) on policy and controls.
• Relevant certifications e.g., MS SC-400, CISSP, CSSP, Microsoft AI Co-Pilot or equivalent.
