We’re looking for a Brand Acquisition & Relations hire to spearhead partnerships with advertisers and brands across industries like CPG, entertainment, and lifestyle. As we build out Darwin’s personalized in-video ad network, you’ll be responsible for opening doors, securing partnerships, and ensuring brands see the value of connecting with our creator and user ecosystem.
Drive brand and advertiser acquisition, building a pipeline of top-tier partners across CPG, entertainment, retail, and consumer tech.
Leverage your existing brand/agency network to establish early deals and pilots.
Collaborate with creators to design ad experiences that feel authentic and interactive.
Manage relationships end-to-end: outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing partner success.
Gather brand feedback to inform product direction for our ad solutions.
Work with leadership to develop pricing, packaging, and positioning for advertisers.
Strong network of brand and advertiser relationships across CPG, entertainment, or adjacent industries.
Proven track record in ad sales, brand partnerships, or media relations, ideally with digital/video platforms.
Strong ability to craft and deliver compelling pitches to executives.
Experience working with creators, publishers, or UGC platforms is a plus.
Bonus: experience in interactive or personalized advertising formats.
