We’re on the hunt for a creative-minded recruiter to join Darkroom’s fast-growing team! As the third member of our recruitment squad, you’ll collaborate with the People Operations Manager to attract top talent across Creative, Sales, Growth Marketing, Operations, and more.
This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates based in Portugal, and Spain.
What You’ll Do
Lead full-cycle recruiting with a focus on creative roles (designers, editors, etc.).
Partner with hiring managers to build job descriptions, briefs, and hiring plans.
Source globally via social media, job boards, referrals, and headhunting.
Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience from first touch to offer.
Manage our ATS (Ashby) and HR platform for accurate tracking and onboarding.
Support diversity initiatives and share recruiting insights to improve outcomes.
3+ years’ recruiting experience, preferably with creative roles (design experience a plus).
Track record hiring across departments (Creative, Growth, Ops, Sales).
Familiarity with digital marketing or agency settings.
Experience with ATS/HR tools (Ashby preferred; Deel, Rippling, Notion a plus).
Strong English communication, organisational skills, and process-driven mindset.
Passionate about creative hiring and design-driven teams.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proactive problem-solver with a bias for action.
Strong brand ambassador who creates a positive candidate journey.
