Senior Engineering Manager - Computer Vision / Machine Learning

📋 Description

• Lead ML roadmap execution, managing a team focused on 3D DL and CV.
• Partner with product, engineering, and research to align strategy with goals.
• Lead and grow a high-performing team of ML scientists, engineers, and researchers.
• Drive the development of computer vision models to extract structure from 3D scans.
• Research and apply SOTA methods for 3D generative AI and CV tasks.
• Collaborate with product/research teams to identify product improvements for current and future lines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field with a focus on computer vision or machine learning.
• Extensive experience in SOTA 2D deep learning and/or 3D deep learning.
• 8+ years (or 6 years + PhD) in applied ML, with at least 2 years in leadership/management.
• Strong people management with a track record of mentorship and retention.
• Strong Python coding skills and experience with PyTorch.
• Experience working with 3D data (point clouds, meshes, depth maps) and 3D ML frameworks is preferred.
