- Develop creative recruiting strategies and build a robust pipeline of diverse talent through research, social media, cold calls, referrals, events, and sourcing campaigns
- Be a strategic partner to leadership by providing compensation insights, recruiting metrics, and strategies to improve funnel efficiency
- Build data-driven insights to elevate recruiting processes and strategies
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with hiring managers and closing candidates
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) essential for communication with international candidates and stakeholders
- Track record recruiting for Dental Designer roles at all levels
- Excellent networker who engages high-caliber candidates across functions
- Excellent communicator; persuade executives on recruiting best practices
- Ability to work Mon-Thu onsite in Cairo; Friday is a work-from-home day
