  • Design and implement a repeatable sales burndown framework analyzing win/loss by competitor and funnel stage.
  • Listen to and analyze sales calls to identify objections, confusion points, and trends.
  • Refine SMB positioning by competitor, product type, and use case from sales feedback.
  • Develop and iterate talk tracks addressing common objections and gaps.
  • Ensure messaging is simple, clear, and aligned with SMB buying behavior.
  • Create and maintain competitive battlecards, one-pagers, and guides.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to roll out messaging and drive adoption.
  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales, RevOps, and leadership.
  • Run regular feedback loops with frontline sellers and leadership.
  • Create feedback loop with Product to surface opportunities for innovation.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4-5+ years in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or GTM.
  • Experience with SMB or mid-market sales teams a plus.
  • Comfortable with CRM data and win/loss analysis.
  • Experience with sales call intelligence tools.
  • Proven ability to translate insights into clear messaging and sales tools.
  • Comfortable working closely with Sales.
