Role Summary:
You are a team player with the perfect balance of organization and attention to detail that allows you to get work done in a timely and accurate manner. You will use these attributes to contribute to an already exceptional Finance team!
As the Commissions and Performance Analyst, you will be part of the Finance team focused on the full administration of D2L’s sales and variable compensation plan monthly as well as the performance analysis around inputs to the process. In this role, you will be a critical part of ensuring the successful execution of our sales plans and tools, sales plan performance reporting and analysis around compensation, as well as administering the monthly commissions payment cycles.

Please note: This is a hybrid role with expectations of 3 days per week based out of our Kitchener HQ or Toronto office.
The expected base salary range for a new hire in this role is listed below.The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry. As part of the total compensation at D2L the role may be eligible for additional benefits including a Wellness Subsidy, Equity Grants, Variable Incentive, and more.
