💻 YOUR SCOPE: As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and improving key features that support D-EDGE’s strategic vision within the Hotel and Account Management (HAM) Team. Your main focus will be on managing the extranet used by hotels to handle their user access, content, images, and mass actions. Your goal is to ensure that these tools remain competitive in the market, offering a high-quality experience both in terms of technology and ease of use. This means working closely with internal teams to deliver reliable updates, improvements, and fixes, while also considering client needs and industry trends to keep our solutions relevant. Reporting to the VP Product, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing these products, ensuring they align with the company’s overall strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    🎯 Product Strategy & Leadership
  • Product Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and manage the roadmap, aligning with strategic objectives and allowing for cross-tribe priorities.
  • Evolve the Value Proposition and Product Vision for the features you are responsible for.
  • Provide direction to the HAM Team and exercise autonomy in decision-making to advance HAM Team initiatives.
  • Establish product requirements, plan and prioritize product features, manage your backlog.
  • Be the number one advocate of your product in the organization.
    🏨 Hotelier and Partner Satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Designers and Engineers to ideate and deliver the best solution to our clients.
  • Drive user research with Product Design to collect internal / external user's needs, organize customer workshops and animate focus groups
  • Monitor market trends to identify enhancements that should be considered for your products.
  • Support the implementation of new clients using the Mass Action features developed by the HAM Team
    🔄 Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication
  • Align roadmaps and feature delivery with other product managers to ensure consistency across teams.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and execution of projects across departments and external partners.
  • Manage concurrent projects and timelines effectively to achieve business goals.
  • Ensures that there is appropriate documentation available relating to the product and the product enhancements or bug-fixes for the features in the HAM Team Scope
  • Tests the software during test rounds and at other times as required
  • Ensures that appropriate and up-to-date test scenarios are available via collaboration with the QA Team
  • Work with the Product Expertise Team to share the status of Product Needs and the inclusion in the roadmap.
  • Regularly shares updates with client facing teams on enhancements or changes in the features managed by the HAM Team
    🗣️ Product Marketing
  • Implement go-to-market strategies for new products and features in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Support client-facing teams with insights and feedback loops to refine product offerings.
  • Works with the Product Knowledge Team to ensure that client (internal and external) documentation is correct and up to date. Ensuring that new features are documented and communicated.
    💼 Business Success
  • Develop and monitor relevant business and product usage KPIs.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to identify opportunities and prioritize innovations.
  • Provide input on RFPs and RFIs to support sales efforts.
  • Supports Sales Efforts and Customers should a detailed presentation of the features in the team scope be necessary
  • Recommend business model on your product and pricing positioning and strategy (competition, synergy with other products, ...)

WHAT YOU’VE GOT

    • 5+ years in Product Management with feature delivery, product launch success, and international experience.
  • Strong organizational and product management skills
  • Ability to deal with prioritisation and to prepare scenarios and recommendations
  • High degree of initiative and follow through to ensure plans run on time
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • High ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work accurately (high attention to detail), while maintaining vision
  • Data-Driven & Agile: Skilled in data analysis and decision-making, with experience in Agile processes and experimentation.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and adaptability skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Languages: Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
