📋 Description

• Deal Execution & Settlement for ECM and select DCM transactions.
• Coordinate execution workflows from launch through pricing, allocation, confirmations, and settlement.
• Partner with internal Operations and external parties on wiring, delivery, and settlement.
• Maintain execution checklists, timelines, and trackers; escalate issues.
• Manage syndicate communications and documentation; coordinate inputs and allocations.
• Assist ECM team to keep stakeholders aligned throughout the lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in a similar role.
• FINRA SIE and Series 7 required; Series 24 preferred or within six months.
• Knowledge of equity and debt capital markets syndicate and operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills; project management a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; industry applications a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information, work independently under pressure, and maintain high accuracy.
