Senior Accountant, Accounting Close

📋 Description

• Participate in month-end close; post data to the general ledger.
• Review and reconcile accounts; post adjustments.
• Analyze financial data; prepare statements and reports.
• Code and journalize expenses/revenues to GL; reconcile accounts.
• Maintain fixed asset database; record depreciation and disposals.
• Prepare property tax returns for multiple jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or 5–7 years of relative professional experience.
• GAAP knowledge; FINRA/SEC rules desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational skills, high integrity, detail oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel.
• FINRA SIE and Series 99 Exams must be passed within 120 days of hire.
