🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with min 3.5 GPA; CFA a plus
- 1-3 years in equity research or related finance work
- Bright, mature, motivated to excel and adapt
- Passion for capital markets and equity research
- SIE and Series 86/87/63 licenses preferred; if not, must be completed after hire
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
