🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years European biopharma compliance.
Knowledge of EFPIA, Loi Bertrand, ABPI; GDPR and privacy rules.
Launch experience in a fast-paced biopharma environment.
Track record building compliance programs balancing risk with enablement.
Excellent judgment, stakeholder mgmt; strategic and operational.
Fluent in English; other European languages desirable; travel 20%.
