- Lead contract drafting, negotiation and management (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs).
- Ensure terms align with policies; advise on risk.
🎯 Requirements
- JD or advanced law degree.
- Bar qualification in Switzerland or another European jurisdiction.
- Approximately 7+ years in EU life sciences/healthcare/pharma.
- Proactively identify and manage complex legal issues; English fluency.
- Experience with privacy and data protection matters.
- Experience with CLM systems.
