📋 Description

  • Leadership (50%): Lead, coach, and support SDRs to exceed meeting/pipeline goals
  • Provide real-time coaching, call reviews, and feedback to elevate SDR performance
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to set KPIs and growth plans
  • Onboard and train new SDRs, instilling best practices and company values
  • Partner with marketing and sales to align outbound campaigns and target accounts
  • Act as a cultural and motivational leader fostering accountability and resilience

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in SDR/BDR/inside sales—tech or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and outbound sales
  • Experience mentoring or coaching others (formal leadership a plus)
  • Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage both prospecting and team oversight
  • Coachable, goal-driven, and hungry to grow into a leadership career; Passion for technology, cybersecurity, or B2B sales
