About the Job:
The IAM Principal Consultant, SailPoint, is a customer-facing consultant responsible for implementing the technical deployments of IAM solutions at Cyderes. They work on customer projects and programs, directly with the Engagement Lead and Project Manager to deliver outstanding solutions. They maintain a high quality of work and delight our clients. The IAM Consultant will be well-versed in their area of expertise and will focus on delivering SailPoint.
The Principal Consultant will lead and mentor a team of other consultants on their project or program. responsible for designing and leading the technical deployments of IAM solutions at Cyderes . They often work as technical leads on customer projects and programs, advising on best practice for implementation and technical excellence.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to share their expertise with customers acting as a trusted advisor for topics within the IAM domain. They need to have extensive hands-on experience in deploying large complex IAM projects. As such, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must as well as the ability to work across multiple accounts and projects at the same time.
Responsibilities: Be a product and domain expert in Identity & Access ManagementLead the technical delivery of IAM implementation projectsLead strategic IAM assessments and roadmap discussions with Herjavec Group customersCreate technical IAM architectures for Herjavec Group customersEnsure the technical design is appropriate meets customer use cases and requirementsCreate customer delivery documentation such as design and architecture documents and technical strategy presentationsProvide assistance to pre-sales activities such as developing client focused proposals, and running technical PoC’sWork closely with project service and or engagement manager to identify key technical requirements, prioritize requirements, catalog requirements, and assign them to project use cases and sprintsIdentify, qualify and assesses new and existing customer opportunitiesCreate, engage and maintain strong customer relationships with technical stakeholdersMentor and coach junior staffShare best practices with team members to contribute to enhance the IAM center of excellence Requirements: 15+ years’ experience in consulting and Identity and Access Management6+ years hands on experience in designing and deploying SailPoint IdentityIQLarge scale Installation and configuration for 50k+ usersDeveloping complex lifecycle workflowsDeveloping customer connectorsOnboarding applications with automated provisioningConfiguring custom reports and dashboardsRole Mining and implementing RBAC/ABACSailPoint ISC Professional certification is a must4+ years hands on experience in designing and deploying SailPoint IdentityNow / ISC Minimum experience of leading 5 large IAM implementations4+ years’ experience in leading large strategic projects and programs in a technical capacityExperience with web technologies such as XML, SPML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), web and application serversExcellent development / coding skills relevant to SailPoint (java / bean shell / oracle / jsf etc.).Experience installing complex applications on Windows and UNIX/Linux platformsExperience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL)Bachelor’s Degree and/or qualification in an IT related discipline or equivalent technical and business experienceStrong customer management and technical leadership qualitiesStrong Problem-solving skillsProven team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.Exceptional analytical and process development skillsAbility to motivate others to perform above normal expectations.Experience working remotely and leading virtual projectsAbility to work across multiple, simultaneous projects and work streamsSailPoint Architect Certification,SailPoint ISC Engineer certification CISSP, CISM is preferred Readiness to travel up to 50% annually Additional Information Cyderes is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
