📋 Description

  • Provide Tier II/III IT support for Windows/macOS.
  • Manage Kandji and Intune endpoints, baselines and patching.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Handle FreshService tickets and escalations.
  • Onboard/offboard users and device provisioning.
  • Troubleshoot Meraki networking and wireless.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years IT support incl. Tier II/III escalations.
  • Strong Windows 10/11 and macOS knowledge.
  • Kandji and Intune MDM experience.
  • Microsoft 365 administration proficiency.
  • FreshService or other ITSM familiarity.
  • Meraki networking experience.
  • Okta and Entra ID knowledge.
