🎯 Requirements

3+ years professional pentesting across web apps, networks, and APIs.
Attacker mindset — spot logic flaws, auth bypasses, injection vectors.
Proficiency with Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Kali Linux, or equivalents.
Extreme attention to detail and strong written communication.
Comfortable reading docs and advisories in asynchronous, low-oversight env.
