Cybersecurity Officer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end cybersecurity across the company, including internal and product security.
• Define and execute the company-wide cybersecurity strategy and roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and controls.
• Lead security risk management, including risk assessments and mitigation.
• Ensure GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2 compliance and audits.
• Oversee secure architecture across cloud, apps, SDLC, and IAM.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including leadership.
• Strong cloud security expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of application security and secure SDLC practices.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, and incident response.
• Deep knowledge of IAM models (RBAC, ABAC, least privilege).
• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
