Cybersecurity Manager

📋 Description

• Monitor cybersecurity tools, logs, and alerts; lead security operations.
• Manage security analysts and third-party services; coordinate responses.
• Investigate alerts and manage incidents per the incident response plan.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity Engineers, IT infra, and IT ops to strengthen controls.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity docs, playbooks, and incident response plans.
• Run tabletop and other simulations to improve response.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Security Management.
• CISSP, CISM, or GSEC certification required.
• Expert knowledge of security best practices (encryption, data protection, privileged access).
• Solid knowledge of security technologies (DLP, MDM, SIEM, AV, IDS).
• Compliance knowledge with PCI, GDPR, CCPA.
