Cybersecurity Manager

📋 Description

• Monitor cybersecurity tools, logs, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, web filtering, MDM, DLP, patch management, vulnerability scanning, etc.
• Manage security analysts and third-party services to ensure thorough investigations and coordinated response.
• Investigate alerts and manage incidents per the Hunter Douglas Incident Response plan.
• Partner with Cybersecurity Engineers, IT infrastructure, and IT operations teams to strengthen controls.
• Develop and maintain Cybersecurity documentation, playbooks, and incident response artifacts.
• Participate in tabletop and other simulations to improve response capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Security Management.
• CISSP, CISM, or GSEC certification required.
• Expert knowledge of encryption, data protection, and privileged access.
• Solid knowledge of security technologies (DLP, MDM, SIEM, AV, IDS).
• Knowledge of PCI, GDPR, CCPA compliance.
