Cybersecurity Engineer

📋 Description

• Build security architectures; integrate features; analyze cybersecurity artifacts.
• Perform RMF artifact assessments and identify deviations from RMF controls.
• Assess and mitigate system security threats/risks through the program life cycle.
• Validate cybersecurity controls and recommend safeguards.
• Establish program controls to mitigate risks; support assessment, coordination, test, and audits.
• Hybrid on-site support at Peterson SFB, Colorado Springs; local candidates only.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's with 9+ years; Master's with 7+; PhD/JD with 4+ years experience.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent for IAT Level II DoD 8570.
• ACAS experience (Nessus/Tenable Security Center).
• US Citizenship and Secret security clearance required.
• Experience with DoD RMF processes and STIGs.
• Radar signals experience; modeling (threat/MBSE); RMF requirements.
